From producing the Home Information Pack, marketing your property for sale and undertaking the conveyancing the entire transaction is handled by us which takes the stress out of using one firm for one part of your sale and then having to use another for the next part.

Many Estate Agents do not have the necessary knowledge or expertise to produce a Home Information Pack but will arrange for one to be prepared for you by instructing a different company to deal with this on their behalf.

Only a firm of Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers can undertake the legal work involved in selling your property. Estate Agents advertising a conveyancing service are not able to provide this service themselves and simply pass you onto a firm of Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers.

Don't pay more fees than you need to. By using 2 or 3 different companies to handle the various aspects of selling your house you will be paying for each company to make their own profit for their own part of the transaction.

We personally deal with the entire transaction rather than using different companies which means that our fees for the whole transaction are extremely competitive, even compared to internet based companies.

As most Estate Agents use other companies to provide their Home Information Packs and may provide you with details of a Solicitor to undertake the necessary legal work there may be commissions and referrals fees payable to the Estate Agent for recommending their HIP provider or Solicitor
